Thankful

Thankful for family.
Thankful for all the blessings.
Thankful for love.

This year has been challenging and full of life lessons. It has been a walk of faith, a walk of truth, a walk of grace and a walk of love.

I have made my share of mistakes and know without a doubt that I am not perfect.

I am willing to learn new approaches to relationships and how to express myself authentically.

I am thankful to practice the pause when things look like crazymaking instead of a healthy, repair conversation.

I am thankful to recognize and put the brakes on my own red light emotions.

I am thankful to discover new ways to connect during conflicts instead of avoiding it, which leads to a dead end.

I am thankful for all the encouragement texts and teaching from podcasts, you tubes, zoom, IG, etc. These leaders and motivators have impacted my life in a massive way! Trent Shelton, Jayson Gaddis, Mel Robbins, Tony Robbins and Yeshua. My top five influencers.

Thank you for a new level up on self care, love, boundaries, forgiveness, grace, faith and trust.

Thank you for all the hardships and blessings.

Tav 22

The omission of the breaking of Jesus legs.
Jesus literally died of a broken heart, a ruptured heart, and hence the flowing of blood and water from the wound made by the soldier’s spear.
John 19:34

Luke 23:34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.

John 19:30 When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

The message Jesus left us is to love and forgive others. He never said it would be easy.

Jesus suffered on earth and this helps me to accept reality, truth and wisdom.

This life is temporary.

I do not live in Disney world or fairy land. So I am adjusting my perspective once again. Life lessons and spiritual lessons teach me that words and actions are the building blocks of a solid foundation.

I will choose loving others and start rebuilding a new life.

Choices

Every moment is a chance to say thank you.
Everything changes, it will be okay,
A setback, a disappointment, a lost,
a time to grieve.
Autumn is a time to look at the harvest.
Be aware of the failures, mistakes and life lessons.
It isn’t easy to be thankful for hardships,
yet they have a purpose.
We may never understand why things happen.
We can choose to have gratitude, walk in truth,
and take new steps in love, faith and wisdom.

Thank you for choices.

Choices to move forward with awareness and grace.

Choice to review, evaluate and wrap up the year.

Choices to create connections and value relationships.

Time to choose non-worldly ways.

Choosing love, choosing light, choosing the high five, choosing self care, choosing repair, choosing gratitude and choosing truth.

Praying and Bee-lieving

Bees naturally create hexagon shapes, They are mathematical geniuses.
The hexagon represents the Star of David.
The symbol of the geometric hexagram
is the Star of David, a symbol of Judaism.

The six-pointed star stands for the six days of creation, and represents the six attributes of God: power, wisdom, majesty, love, mercy and justice.

Jesus taught the disciples how to pray: Matthew 6:9-13 NIV.  “This, then, is how you should pray:

“‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

I researched today the 6 point message in praying to Our Father in Heaven and it really helped me to understand the prayer Jesus was teaching us to pray.

1. Praise God and his Holy Name.

2. Ask for heaven to come to earth in every situation, praying to our Father whenever we are in need.

3. Ask for our daily personal needs, trusting and having dependence on our Father.

4. Ask our Father’s forgiveness and forgive others.

5. Ask for our Father’s guidance.

6. Ask and believe in God’s protection from the evil one.

How sweet are your promises to my taste,
sweeter than honey to my mouth!
NIV (1978)

Forgiveness Quotes

Forgiveness is giving up the hope that what would have, could have, should have happened, in fact…it did not happen. It’s accepting the reality of what did happen, and moving on,” -Oprah Winfrey

Forgiveness: “This truth has been fundamental in allowing me to live my best life. It was transformative. You have to come to the realization that what might have been is not what is.” – Oprah Winfrey

Uploading, Updating, Upgrading to a New Revision

Get off the Carousel of Despair
Experience the flowing water.
Be willing to let go.
Allow natural life lessons
to flow gently into your life.
Smoke, Warning….
Sh#% Happened!
The truth bombs exploded.
I noticed my choices were based on lies;
My choices were way off track.
I now choose to walk at a snails pace.
I choose to seek the truth.
I will walk with turtle steps until I learn to
navigate without rushing or pushing so hard.

I choose to let go of outcomes and results.

I choose to be like the crooked tree and live my life purpose.

I choose to have inner peace, and to be filled with love, hope, joy, and all the fruits of the Spirit.

The twisted tree lives out its life.
The straight tree ends up as a board.
-Chinese Proverb
I am far from perfect.
My mistakes are turning into a beautiful tapestry.
I choose to do my best.
I choose to walk authentically.
I choose to accept reality.
I choose to respect what shows up on my path.
I choose to stop resisting,
clinging or controlling life events.
I choose to learn from my life lessons.
I choose to believe the flow of life philosophy.
This is a complete shift in mindset.
Letting go of habits and patterns
that no longer work.
I am thankful for this new perspective.
Thank you for the wake up call.
